Gold screen wash plants

Screen Wash Plants: Screening wash plants are design and engineered to provide through washing and successful recovery of alluvial gold. This kind of equipment consists of vibrating grizzly feeder, nugget trap, double deck vibrating screen and sluices that are regulated in order to provide maximum gold recovery.

The wet vibrating grizzly feeder minimizes material surging. Its hydro-blast spray system washes all rocks and boulders. Manganese steel grizzly bars ensure long life. A tapered relief design virtually eliminates plugging material.

The Nugget Trap recovers the gold before it passes on to the double deck vibrating screens. In many cases 40 – 60% of all recovered values are trapped in the hinged, easily secured nugget trap.

Screen plants are Cost Effective. They perform as well as more expensive trommel units in many placer conditions.

Sometimes is a good option add a concentrator in order to recover a gold concentrate with a high grade. The Screening Plant performs best on river bed and high bank gravels and alluvials. For properties with high organic or clay content, scrubber/trommel wash plants are recommended.
